Lodge Email Accounts

If you have been assigned a Lodge Email Account please follow these instructions to access it.  This will be the account you will use in your Lodge Role to access email, google drive files, google lodge chat, etc.  Access to Lodge resources will not be given to personal email accounts.  Also all emails to youth are automatically also sent to their adult adviser as well for YPT.  Please make sure you have gone through all these steps before reaching out for assistance with your email. 

1. Go to https://mail.google.com : If you already use gmail you will setup this as a multiple gmail account.  See this link for more details on multiple google accounts.  https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1721977?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

2.  You will be required to change the default password that you were given.  We can never see the password you choose, we can only reset them.  Please choose something you will remember.

Mobile Access

Google Chat

Please download and install the Google Chat app for your mobile device and log in with your Lodge Email Account.  The Lodge uses this frequently for communication.

Key Things to Know

This email account is tied to the Lodge Role you are currently serving in and all the emails, files, attachments belong to the Egwa Tawa Dee Lodge.  When you transition out of this role at the end of your term the email account and all the old emails will also be transfered to the new person that will be serving in that role.

Do not request that personal emails be given access to Lodge resources (Google Drive).  These requests will be denied. 

Do not use the Lodge account for any non Lodge business.
