We offer many different service opportunities throughout the year, including some that are open to everyone, even non-scouts
East View Cemetery
Each October and December we head out to East View Cemetery to help keep the cemetery clean and presentable for people to visit their loved ones. Open to everyone, these days are a great way to get some conservation service hours and earn some yellow service beads!
Trailblazer Setup Day
Trailblazer is the Cub Scout Advancement campout that we run at Bert Adams from October 3rd to 5th. Each year we have hundreds of Cub Scouts come to work on advancement and have fun. That’s where you come in! We need as many people as possible to come help staff this event. We have a wide variety of areas that you can work in, from STEM to Nature to Shooting Sports to Civics, so whatever your interest is we can help you work with it. It’s an awesome experience to help the next generation of Scouts and to help secure the future of the Lodge.
